01On July 20, please log in to your email registered with the PaperPlaza, locate our registration-invitation email and complete registration based on your IEEE membership. (If you fail to receive this email or notice an incorrect email address in the link, please notify us promptly.)
02A full registration (non-student category) permits one registered author(IEEE member)to submit up to two accepted papers. A student registration (IEEE student members and non-member students) covers only one accepted paper.
03After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation text message and email. Please present valid ID for check-in. Passport, Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao, or Taiwan Travel Permit holders should use manual check-in lane.
1）Each registration includes a handbook, a digital proceedings‑journal, and 21-Aug meal vouchers (lunch & dinner).
2）Access to all SARA sessions on August 21.
3）Access to the main forum of WRC from the afternoon of August 19 to August 22 and all parallel events during August 19‑23.
4）Access to the exposition and competition.
5）Electronic invoices can be applied for and issued by yourself after the event through the system. For details, please refer to the invoice page.
